With over ten years at Immigration New Zealand (INZ), our Director and Licensed Immigration Adviser, Ana Hifo brings a rare depth of knowledge and leadership in immigration visa processing, operations, and client service. Her career reflects consistent growth, built on strong analytical skills, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate complex immigration processes. 

 

Starting in 2014 as a Documentation Officer, Ana gained a strong foundation in administrative skills and application processing before becoming an Immigration Officer in 2017, specialising in Essential Skills Work Visas. She was recognised for her accuracy, quick decision-making skills and sound decision-making. Her expertise led to her role as a Technical Advisor, where she provided guidance on complex cases, delivered training, and ensured quality and consistency across Immigration Officer teams.

 

In 2021, Ana became Immigration Manager and, over the following three years, she led and mentored more than 40 Immigration Officers, driving performance and improving service delivery. Throughout her INZ career, Ana received several leadership and excellence awards, recognising her professionalism, client focus, and values-driven leadership.

OUR FEES

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Fees listed are starting from, unless otherwise specified.

Payment plans are available and can be tailored to suit your budget, whether you prefer to make payments weekly or fortnightly.

Temporary Visa Services

  • Accredited Employer Work Visa – from $1,200

  • Employer Accreditation – from $1,000

  • Job Check – from $500

  • Partnership Visitor and Work Visas – from $1,700

  • Visitor Visa – from $800

  • Student Visa – from $1,000

Residence Visa Services

  • Skilled Migrant Category – from $2700

  • Straight to Residence – from $2,500

  • Work to Residence – from $2,500

  • Partnership Resident Visa – from $2,700

  • Dependent Child Residence Visa – from $2,000

  • Permanent Resident Visa – from $500

Appeals and Special Cases

  • Section 61 Request – usually a fixed fee of $1,500 however can vary depending on the complexity of the case

  • Ministerial Directions – from $2,000

  • Immigration & Protection Tribunal Appeals – from $2,000

Other Services

  • New Zealand Citizenship Applications – fixed fee of $250

  • Documentation Review ONLY (full service not needed but you may choose to have a Licensed Immigration Adviser review your documentation before submitting the visa application) – from $500

Additional Notes

  • Fees listed do not include Immigration New Zealand (INZ) application fees.

  • GST may apply.

  • An additional charge of $100 per dependent child included in the application.

  • An additional charge of $500 if a partner is included in the application. This is due to the partnership component of the application which may be complicated.

  • Complex cases may vary and may incur higher fees which will be assessed individually however we will make every effort to ensure costs remain close to the 'starting price' quoted.

Our Commitment

At Eavama Immigration, we are committed to providing affordable, transparent and compassionate services. In some cases, additional fees (e.g., for dependent children) may be waived depending on the nature and circumstances of your application. We will always discuss fees with you upfront before any work begins.
